1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing wealthdecoded.com or enrolling in any Wealth Decoded offering, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies.
2. Eligibility
Services are intended for users age 18+ or users age 14-17 with parental consent in approved enrollment formats.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Enrollment, Billing, and Refunds
Courses are sold through Stripe checkout in the Wealth Decoded app. Your materials open in the app after payment, according to the course release schedule.

Refunds, in plain words
Courses you watch at your leisure: 14 days from purchase, full refund, any reason. Watch as much as you like in those 14 days.
Cohort courses (Winter Break Sprint, 18-Year Advantage, Market First, Restart): full refund any time before the published start date, and for 7 days after the first live session. Miss the first session? The recording counts; the 7 days run from the session date.
One on one: full refund before your first session. None after.
Memberships (the Wealth Decoded Community, the app): cancel anytime; no partial month refunds.
Founding All-Access and App for Life: 14 days from purchase. Restart One-on-One deposit: refundable before your first session.
Email support@wealthdecoded.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Anyone who bought under an earlier policy keeps whichever terms are better for them.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials, frameworks, videos, and website assets are owned by DJLRC Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse services, interfere with operations, violate law, abuse community members, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
7. Educational Services Only
Wealth Decoded provides educational services, not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJLRC Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona unless superseded by mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
