The short version
DJ Le Rouse grew up on golf. He played it seriously, learned to read people on it, and quit it in 1996 to start a consulting company. Technology consulting first, in the early nineties. Then accounting. Then strategy. He has founded and advised companies for three decades, and he built and ran an AI driven trading fund that grew to $1 billion in assets. MBA. BS in Accountancy, Arizona State University.
Why Wealth Decoded
In 2017 he started writing a book on money for his son's generation. The more he wrote, the clearer it got: the problem wasn't information. Gen Z has more money information than any generation in history. The problem was that nobody taught them how to decide. So the book became a framework, the framework became a course, and the course became this platform. He has been developing and refining it since, on the side, while running companies. In November 2026 it opens to everyone.
What he believes
Wealth isn't money. It's seven things, and money is the one that pays for the other six.
Money is spent or invested.
Most courses tell you what to do. Answers expire. Decision skills compound.

How he teaches
